Here we go! We just finished building the germination chamber/growth room for seedling production!!   

We are building a germination chamber/growth room for seedling production using   Valoya LL-CV lights with dimmer s.   

  We are comparing the germination rate of sterilized (70% EtOH with 1% Tween-20) and unsterilized seeds. The vernalized seeds were placed under LED light for germination and covered with transparent plastic sheets to keep them moist.

 Finally, we started to prepare the legume plants (soybeans, french beans, sugar peas, and broad beans) for GreeNTrans project!
